Hello everyone. September is here and fall is just around the corner. I hope everyone had a safe and happy Labor Day weekend.  I would like to thank Deryl Leonard for stepping in during my absence, thanks again Deryl!  Also thanks to all the officer’s who have been helping keep our lodge going. 

On October 28th our District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler Quentin Blinn will be making his official visitation to our lodge.  Let’s all show him a good turn out, and make him feel welcome.

We are skipping the picnic this year and are planning an appreciation night later.  Please look for the date posted at the lodge.  Also check out the date for the “hold-em” tournament this month.

Grand Exalted Ruler James M. McQuillan has asked for donations to the Elks Hurricane Charley Relief Fund.  If you would like to donate please contact Don Smith or send it directly to Grand Lodge.

Please come to your lodge and be an active member, without you the members we couldn’t do the charitable work our order is dedicated to.
