We had a very successful fair this year. We had lots of help, my thanks to everyone who participated. Thanks to Doris Flint for getting 25 cases of fries donated from Lamb Weston. All we had to do is drive to Pasco to pick them up. This was about a $500 savings. Besides the crew that seems to be there every year, we had 6 new worker this year, I appreciate that very much.

This month we have a candidate for initiation, she is Anita Verburg, she lives in Moro. We have New Membership applications, they are smaller, stop in and pick some up and lets increase our membership. The applications are on the door entering the bar. If you have a friend who has been dropped, you might encourage him to come back into the lodge. By Statute, we can reinstate them during October and November with a reduced reinstatement fee of $1.00 plus prorated dues for the rest of the lodge year. So for $45.00 Dues and $1.00 fee, they can be reinstated. I think it is time we get back being an up and coming lodge, in stead of a downhill lodge. Anyway that’s the way I see it.
